After you purchase one of our Virtually Onsite Assistance products, you'll need to fill out a basic credit card payment form through our secure online payment processing service. After payment is made, you'll be automatically sent to a confirmation page which will provide you with a simple button:

After pressing this button, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to save a very small (355 KB) application to your computer:

You'll want to click the "OK" button when prompted in order to save this application to your local hard disk. This program uninstalls itself after we are finished so you don't need to worry about us having access to your computer without you knowing about it.

Note: Because Firefox requires the saving of application files to your local disk, you will want to delete the help.exe file from your download folder after you are finished with our service. This can be done buy using the Tools menu of Firefox and then clicking Downloads and then Cleanup or Delete from that dialogue box. Please contact support@fastlivehelp.com if you have any questions about that.

After clicking "OK" on the download box show above, you may see a progress screen showing the file download (which takes only a few seconds).

When this is completed, you may also see a notice at the bottom right corner of Firefox indicating that the download is complete. This notice doesn't last long so you might not catch it. If you do see that notice you can simply click on the link provided but if not, you can go to Tools on the Firefox menu and then click Downloads as shown to view the downloaded file.

This will open up the Downloads dialogue box which will show our application as help.exe or a variation of that file name as show below:

You will need to click the "Open" link to the right of our application file in order to install our service. This will only take a few seconds.

If you see the following warning or another screen asking if you want to run the program, please go ahead and click "OK" in order to allow our service to install. We recommend that you leave the "Don't ask me this again" box UN-checked so that your system will always warn you about running application files. That warning may look like this:

At this point, you should now expect to see a text chat window open up as our technician will need to make introductions and begin providing you with your Fast Live Help.

After the connection is closed by either you or our technician, you should see the following message:
